Position Overview

We’re looking for a Junior .Net Backend Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced developers to build scalable and efficient solutions using the .NET framework.

Remote (Based in Egypt)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of backend systems using C# and the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with senior developers to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebase.
• Learn and apply best practices in software development and design patterns.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably with .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C# programming language.
• Basic understanding of backend development concepts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and basic SQL queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ASP.NET Core or other web development frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior internship or project experience in backend development.
